The concept of “escape room” emerged in computer games, in small games in which to get out of a room the player has to find objects, clues, secret compartments, solve riddles until he finds the key that allows him to open the door and leave.

What is the validity of the voucher?
Vouchers can be used up to 6 months after purchase.
What if there are more people in the day?
No problem! If you have offered a voucher for 4 people for a certain activity but on the day there are 5 or more people we will deduct the value of the voucher and you will only have to pay the difference of the extra players.
How do mystery box formats work?
Our bag is part of the magic by itself, making your gift stand out from all the others and without giving any reference to what’s inside. Are vouchers refundable?
Of course, vouchers are non-refundable but they are transferable, that is, if you want to change the activity we can do it without any problem.
Are the vouchers transferable?
Yes, no problem as long as it has not yet been used. Each voucher can only be used once.
